Some Interesting Resources for Natural Science

There are lots of places on the internet to turn to for information about Science. Here are some of my favorites.

Alex Dainis

Alex is a PhD student at Stanford who blogs about her process and provides a good look at the life of a real scientist.

Crash Course History of Science:

Hank Green, once again, giving us a solid resource for ToK.

Smarter Every Day

Destin, an engineer, doesn't just walk us through slow motion experiments, he also has videos about how knowledge is built.

AmorSciendi

And sometimes I make videos about science as well.

Veritasium

Derek Muller has a lot of great science videos, and here is one that is particularly good at explaning measurement and the constructs we use to measure.

PBS IDEA Channel:

When the PBS IDEA Channel was running, it gave us a great example of ToK presentations every week. Lucky we can still access the full library for free any time we want. Here's a great video that argues that Rick and Morty are idea scientists.
